What will you do?
As a Logistics/Production Intercedent, you are the link between our employees and clients. No day is ever the same!
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
•    Regularly visit clients such as recycling companies and warehouses.
•    Collaborate with international recruiters to find the best people.
•    Provide support and guidance to ensure your employees are doing well.
•    Plan and organize your work independently – initiative and entrepreneurship are key!

Functie-eisen

Who are you?
•    Independent, entrepreneurial spirit, and a great planner.
•    MBO 4 level of education (or equivalent).
•    Driving license B and living within a reasonable distance from our office in Son (Eindhoven).
•    Commercially minded and full of energy.
•    Stress-resistant, flexible, and with a good sense of humor.
•    Full-time available (40 hours / 5 days) with willingness to work varying shifts between 06:00 – 17:30.
•    Experience in technical or production roles in temporary staffing is a plus.
•    Fluent in Polish and English
•    Knowledge of Dutch is a big plus!
